We seeking to appoint a Project Associate to support the work of our Project Management Office. Reporting to the Project & Business Discovery Manager, the Project Associate will ensure the effective administrative delivery of multi-partner research and commercial UK / EU collaborations / contracts.
The Project Associate will coordinate the administration of multiple project / program activities with the Project & Business Discovery Manager, to enable them to be delivered on time, within budget, and to ensure all governance, risk and regulated frameworks are adhered to throughout the project life cycle.
The Project Associate will assist with the creation, update and generation of reports aligned with both stakeholder, partner, external client and JHL requirements.
A science degree, experience in administration with understanding of full project life cycle, and administering multiple projects, budgets, liaising with and coordinating third parties, and suppliers is essential.
This post will be based at our Dundee or Aberdeen sites and there will be a requirement to travel across the UK as part of the role.
