Have you entered the National Potato Industry Awards? The deadline is the 1st June.

Covering six categories, the awards offer a platform for growers, agronomists and suppliers of potato equipment or crop protection to demonstrate a commitment to raising industry standards.

The award categories are Grower, Agronomy, Machinery, Innovation, Environmental and Marketing and judges are looking for organisations that have made a significant contribution to the overall success of the potato industry.

The award ceremony will be held on Wednesday 20th November, the first night of British Potato 2019 at the Harrogate Convention Centre and is set to be a sociable, fun, networking evening, recognising excellence in the potato industry. 400 attendees are expected.

The evening begins with a champagne reception followed by a 3 course meal.  Guests will be treated to after dinner chat from footballing legend, Kevin Keegan, who will also present the awards.
