Fruit for the Future is one of the James Hutton Institute’s most successful and long-running industry events and is aimed at farmers, agronomists, representatives of the food and drink industries, researchers and others interested in soft fruit.

Bring a 200g sample of fruit (raspberries, strawberries, cherries etc) to event. Staff will test for the presence of SWD and results will be sent to you in confidence. 

15:15                   Official opening and welcome, Peter Thomson

15:30                   Tours start. Each tour will last 20 minutes with ten minutes for questions.
